How is the VetFamily brand used?

VetFamily is not a clinic brand or a pet owner facing brand. VetFamily is a veterinary industry facing brand only, your pet parents will only ever see your branding and name.

Who can join?

VetFamily is open to all veterinary clinics and animal hospitals. At this time our services don't align with mobile services however this may change in the future. Our goal is to help independent clinics improve their business and make it even more attractive and fun to be a Vet entrepreneur.

Once I join, am I obliged to purchase via VetFamily agreements?

No - as a member you decide for yourself which of our agreements you want to use. Our goal is to provide you with the best offers possible, from the best available suppliers. We continuously evaluate and work together with our selected partners to ensure the best possible quality of service.

As a member of VetFamily what are my potential savings?

If you take advantage of all our advantageous agreements, you will make significant cost savings, but you will also save time and get access to other value adding services. Our team can provide a quarterly rebate estimate that itemises the potential savings from our partners and we can also discuss potential additional revenue opportunities. 

How much does it cost to become a member?

All members pay a monthly fee of $249 which is dwarfed by the savings and increased revenue received by members. 

How do I become a member?

If you are interested, please contact us. We will go through the VetFamily offer with you and explain the benefits, if you like it you can join and take advantage of our benefits the same day.

What happens if I leave?

Nothing, but you can no longer have access to VetFamily discounts, services and terms from our suppliers.

What does it mean to have access to VetFamily's services and supplier terms?

It is always up to you if you want to buy products and services through our selected partners. Our goal is to provide you with the best offers possible, from great suppliers. We continuously evaluate and work together with our selected partners to ensure the best possible quality of service

Can I share the partnership details, agreement information, or rebates from VetFamily with others?

No, all partnership arrangements, including partner content, practice resources, agreement details, and rebate information, are strictly confidential. These should not be shared with external individuals under any circumstances.

For me it is important to be independent and to be able to decide on my own – will the cooperation with VetFamily put limitation on me and my clinic?

No. The whole idea of VetFamily is that you stay independent but still get access to the benefits of being a large group

Will I as a member clinic be able to influence the development of VetFamily?

Absolutely, we are always open for new ideas and want your feedback on how we best can help you. Every year we conduct a member priority survey where you can share your ideas on new services and offerings.
